Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Curbsend ("we", "us") for using the Curbsend app and website. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Curbsend helps contractors prepare quotes, send them to customers, follow up, collect approvals and take deposits. You can try it free for 7 days. When the trial ends, quoting, editing and follow-ups stop until you choose a paid plan; your existing jobs stay saved.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure and make sure the information you enter is accurate. You're responsible for activity on your account, including team members you invite.

Your quotes are yours

Estimates, calculators and AI drafts are tools to help you. You decide the final price and scope of every quote, and you're responsible for checking measurements, prices, taxes, permits and any terms you include before you send. Curbsend isn't a party to the agreement between you and your customer.

Messaging your customers

Only send texts and emails to customers who gave you their contact details for the job, follow applicable laws (including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM), and honor opt-outs. Curbsend adds opt-out language to texts and stops follow-ups when customers reply.

Payments

Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew until canceled. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid aren't refunded except where the law requires. Deposits your customers pay go to your own Stripe account and carry a 1% platform fee in addition to Stripe's processing fees.

Acceptable use

Don't use Curbsend to send spam or misleading quotes, break the law, or try to access other accounts or disrupt the service.

Your content

You own the photos, notes, quotes and customer information you add. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Curbsend running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change features; if we change prices, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it affects your bill.

Ending your account

You can stop using Curbsend at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. After an account closes, you can ask us for a copy of your data within 30 days.

Disclaimers and liability

Curbsend is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost jobs or profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
