Pricing tips for handyman
- A trip minimum protects you on one-item calls. Show it as a line so customers know adding tasks costs less per item.
- Bundle several small jobs into one visit and say so on the quote. It reads as value, not a higher bill.
- Keep a parts allowance on anything you haven't seen yet, like a fixture the customer is buying.
Starting values this calculator uses
Material costs and crew speeds vary by market and by crew. These are the defaults; in the app you replace them with your own, and every estimate uses your numbers.
